FLOW’s mission is to provide legal oversight, monitoring and public education to protect Oregon Waters from the impacts of pollution and development.

FLOW was formed in 2002 to help protect and restore Oregon’s waters.  Increased grassroots activist organizing and public participation concerning river and water issues is needed in Oregon due to the magnitude and range of pollution and development threats.
