9th Circuit Vacates Bradwood LNG license

The 9th Circuit vacated Bradwood license after the State of Oregon, State of Washington, Nez Perce tribe, and a coalition of conservation and citizen groups (Columbia Riverkeeper, Sierra Club, Landowners and Citizens for a Safe Community, Wahkiakum Friends of the River, and Willapa Hills Audubon Society) challenged the license.  The Court ruled that because Bradwood Landing was bankrupt and “the future of the project is currently in grave doubt” that the challenge was moot.  The Court then vacated Bradwood’s license, which means the project cannot be built.
